  I have always enjoyed going into this store, staff are all very helpful going out of their way to help me. I would recommend this store very much. Great merchandise, great atmosphere, great staff!!!

  Poor attention my friend wanted to buy a gift card just to collect it and the woman treat him really bad and laughed at him. This should change because we are paying for it not stealing

  I bought 2 belts and within an hour I changed my mind and went to the store to return it because I though they were too long and wanted to go to a different store for more options.I had my receipt with me and everything, and the lady who had assisted me earlier didn’t even hesitate to say I couldn’t return it, she said because it’s an accessory I couldn’t return it.. if I buy something I have a right to return it! Especially if I bough it the same day and had a receipt with it, these are most clothing stores policy. I’m a huge metal/rock fan but I’m never going to shop here again! What a waste of money! She looked like she didn’t even care or wanted to be there.

  I've been coming to this location for years to buy pops to expand mine and/or my boyfriend's collection. Yesterday, probably around 7pm, I had to return one since the one that I bought for my boyfriend was one he already had. When we went in, my boyfriend went to the back to see what he could switch it out for while I went to the cashier. No sure the name of this woman working there but she was REALLY RUDE TO ME! My boyfriend couldn't find anything that intrigued him so I ask the clerk to let me return it. She made faces at me as she was processing it and did not want to give me my original receipt back, just the return receipt. I hope this woman doesn't do this to all the people that return things but she made me feel uncomfortable there. If it wasn't for the nice guy that greeted us when we came in, I would've given two stars. For someone who spends at least $300 on pops alone every three months at Hot topic, I get bad faces for just doing one return. I still love hot topic but will definitely not be shopping at this location anytime soon.
